In a nutshell: Hunting for a bargain? The Samsung UE49NU7100 gives you huge value at a small price tag. A 49-inch UHD HDR screen, streaming content, smart looks and a user-friendly interface. You'll have to search hard to find a better TV for the price.



 

Samsung NU7100 design & looks

The NU7100 is an entry-level model in Samsung's 2018 range, but it's still a good 4K TV with HDR support. The screen misses out on the dynamic crystal colour of the more expensive UE50NU7400 model, so HDR colour resproduction isn't as good. There's no smart remote included either, and the 7100 has a charcoal frame with a simple stand. But it's still a very good TV if you're working to a tight budget.
