I have this phone fro about 13 months, i loved it few months back, but
not now! its a good mirror...but it keeps restarting and from few days
its not starting..its very annoying! it have a software problem i guess.
i want to buy a new phone, with qwerty keypad.

I have had this phone for say, about 1 year, it has been sent for repair
for A LOT of times and still has laggy features. So BUY THIS PHONE AT
YOUR OWN RISK.

Had it 18 months, its been back for repair a number of times, twice
for a headphone socket once for not switching on and now the screen
is scrambled, the ribbon cable feed is u/s and they want me to pay for
the repair! pure JUNK. Also the repair service here takes 1 month, makes
any problem many times worse but even so, do yourslf a favour, stay
away from new untested Nokia.

One of the worst phones. pls buy it IF AND ONLY IF ur completely jobless
and need to make urself busy til u get rid of it. Coz ul have to keep
runnin to Nokia care almost everyday.

Hate this phone!! It suddenly plays music for no reason! It suddenly
switches off for no reason. Battery life poor. Screen small and hard
to read. Cannot hear person phoning. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! THE WORST
PHONE I HAVE EVER HAD!!

I've had mine for about 18 months - 2years now and aren't that pleased
with it. After just a few months the interchangeable front piece fell
off even though I'd never tried to remove it and for the last year it
has intermittent sound problems - firstly the person on the other end
couldn't hear me and now I can hardly hear them! I wouldn't recommend
it!

good. and simple cell phone not any special fueture good battery time
and I have inserted 4 gb card and it Is fast still. good camera simple
girls should buy it..

not had a single problem whatsoever with this mobile. ha ha all those
idiots saying it resets when battery dies...here's a thought, RECHARGE
YOUR PHONE before it runs out. fantastic phone had it for 14months not
a single problem.

This is a faultless phone, great memory, the camera is fantastic. I
have had mine for over a year now and I have had no problems. 10/10
would recommend it to anyone.

OMG WISH I HAD READ UP ABOUT THIS PHONE B4 I BOUGHT IT!! HAD IT JUST
A WK BUT AM HAVIN SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH IT, LIKE MOST PEOPLE SAY, RE-SETTING
ITSELF BAK TO FACTORY SETTINGS EVRY TIME PHONE IS SWITCHED OFF, THEN
TAKES 4EVR TO SWITCH BACK ON, THE BACK COVER AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE TO
GET OFF, BROKE 3 NAILS TO DATE!!MIRROR SCREEN MEANS U CAN NOT C ANYTHING
IN DAYLIGHT, CAMERA RUBBISH PICS BLURRY AN VERY POOR COLOUR QUALITY.
BASICALLY THE WORST NOKIA PHONE IV EVR HAD WUD NOT RECCOMEND TO ANY1.
NOKIA NEEDS TO GET THEIR ACT 2GEVR THIS IS THE WORST PHONE THEY EVR

I get that crash on this phone and open messenger to its awful phone
worst ive had i love design etc its the software in it ive had 3 7610s
an all 3 had same issue steer clear.

This is a really poor phone!!!! The buttons all on the sides of it just
don't work even the on/off switch, think they must be just there for
show. Don't be fooled by it being a nokia guys. DON'T BUY THIS PHONE!!!

this phone is terrible! had it since late february and had many many
problems. wont delete messages, freezes all the time, says i have a
message when i dont, always resets to factory settings, the list goes
on. worst investment to date. wish id never bought it!

i've had mine for months now and i haven't had one problem with it.
yes, the ringtone changes back to the nokia tune when it runs out of
battery, but honestly.. who cares?

I got mine nokia 7610 supernova 1 week ago,i switched off and it didnt
want to switch on again!I've tried after 10 min and it switched on.Also
when the battery dies the settings are not saved and the phone returns
to its factory settings!I really dont know whats the problem but the
phone is new, only one week old!!!My advise is DON'T BUY IT

don't buy it. I have found that it randomly changed my ringtone, volume
button only works when it wants to, switches it self off when it feels
like it, silent mode doesn't work, only way to switch it off is to take
the battery out, randomly plays music can't turn it off. It is back
for repairs for the 2nd time at the moment.

i brought on feb 2009 and right after four months its volume, switch
off and music control buttons didnt work. i had to sent it back to the
shop and i got back only after 1 month.after repairing also it is giving
problem especially with volume key pad.

I bought mine in January 2009 and its been back to the 02 shop three
times for repair.... and its going back in tomorrow. It keeps switching
itself off. It kept changing my ringtone (but not done so since it was
last in). The battery life is not good ( I have two spare batteries
and a car charger). Taking the back cover off is terrible!! It is only
getting easier now because I have to take the back off regularly to
change the battery! It sounds tinny. The music starts playing when you
don't want it and the latest problems are,... it won't let me access
my inbox or outbox. It says 'emergency calls only', 'sim card not registered'
and other weird stuff. Yet, switch it off and then back on again, it
will work fine for a while then go weird again. Reccommendation!:...Don't
buy one!!!

the radio frequency is very weak, weaker than a ordinary fm radio, loudspeaker
is weak, on daylight one doesnt see the screen contents clearly, back
cover is hard to remove,

had supernova nokia, for about 3 months, never had problem, untill yesterday,
switched phone off, then switched back on, now it wont work, cant phone
or text, it keeps flashing, opening messenger, dont know what that means,
my husband, tried his sim card in phone, and phone still dont work

am using this mobile fa nearly 6 months ive encountered a lotta problems..
its a bit slower in its process.. camers is fine,back cover couldn b
removed easily so memory card cant b taken out.the screen is not visible
in sunlight.the screen gets scratched easily. its not that user friendly.gud
luk but faults r there..viruses attacks r more feasible,so process s
dead slow.

Can not see what is on the screen if it is daylight, because it is mirrored.
The battery life is not very good. The screen scratches easily. Difficult
to remove the back cover. Camera is good though, and it has a flash.
There is a side button that you can press and it will start playing
music you have stored on the phone; but this sometimes goes off on its
own, such as when you are just holding the phone or if you forget to
lock the keys, it will start playing music in your bag.

Absolute rubbish i had 2 of these phones through contract i sent 1st
one back due to it freezing i had to keep removing battery to get it
to work an getting the battery cover off is a nitemare! I sent it back
an was sent another and the same problems happend with the new one.
Also the loudspeaker on both had a fault. In end i went for 7310 its
much better an reliable. I do not reccomend 7610 supernova phone.

I purchased nokia supernova 7610 seven months back. when we are recording
the video after 15 minutes the battery heating very much. The phone
speaker volume is very slow. Its difficult to remove the back cover.

It may look very pretty but as another disatisfied customer said it
is toooo difficult to see the screen in daylight, can't open cover etc,
O2 are changing it because it's had so many problems, simply it may
look great but actually it's rubbish and not worth the effort, Nokia
need to get their act together on this one!

I've got 7610. Initially I was very proud owning such sleek, good looking,
feature packed phone. But later as the days went by I started uncovering
the problems with it. Pros: * Sleek, sliding, light weight, attractive
front panel, 3.2MP camera with auto focus and flash. * TV out (with
cable supplied in the box) Cons: * The front panel is mirror finish
display which will be attractive in the beginning. But later you will
discover that you can hardly see anything on the screen when you are
out in the bright day light. * The handset voice clarity is very poor.
You can hardly hear the other person's voice when you are in a bit noicy
environment (even though the ear piece volume is set to high) * Very
complicated mechanism to open the back cover unlike other nokia models.
You need to practice a lot (and should grow some of your nails before
opening ;-)) * The memory card slot is behind back cover (unlike my
earlier noika - 6233 where memory card slot was located at one side
of the handset). So you can't remove and put back your memory card as
and when you want (considering the complicated task of removing the
back cover). * The only way to access the memory card is through data
cable which is not supplied in the box. The port on the handset is different
from all earlier models and so you can't use any of your old data cables.
You need to buy a new one.

Nice looking phone but the camera is impossible to use in bright sunlight,
you can't see a thing on the screen. I too have noticed the profiles
and themes keeps resetting but I thought it was operator error! Wouldn't
recommend this phone.

I think its an awesome phone- if you turn it on its side and look at
it from the back it looks like a proper camera. Have purchased all the
supernova range and although the 7310 (in pink,if it matters!) is my
favourite phone ever, This certainly comes close second. Gorgeous looking
phone, AMAZING! have had it for 3 months now and still love it to peices
cameras great too. I really want this website to do a review about the
7310 supernova though... i used to have the hello kitty touch screen
nk62 witch i waited ages for, But with all the coolisomo features on
this phone This is the best. however, the downside is the size, to some
people it might be considerd far to big and clumsy, MANLY phone unless
you get it in pink!

bought phone a about six weeks ago and keeps resetting ringtones every
time i switch it off emailed nokia and they are not at all helpfull
about the problem if they can be bothered to get back to you at all
but as yet there is no firmware update. would not buy this if you get
easily frustrated as will probably end up throwing it on the floor or
worse.

i got this phone just a month ago. it gets re-started aumatically least
2 times while messaging and some times it restarts around 3 to 4 times
within an hour... is it the problem with my instrument or with the model
itself?? please help!!

Supernova is very nice fon for those who are style conscious, but I
have observed that battery is running down widin 8hrs on normal usage,
and I have also noticed while using colorise feature for themes fon
gets hanged….can anybody else is facing the same problem?

Had exactly same problem as Poff. The phone keep reseting all profile&themes
etc.. every time I switched the phone off. Would not recommend phone
to anyone.

I bought this phone a week or so ago and absolutely love it as an entry
level phone. If you are used to Nokia you won't have any problems with
this phone. Some forums say its plasticky but to be honest it is more
robust than the Nokia 6600 now that is plasticky. The only problem though
is there is a software glitch and they phone often resets itself to
factory settings when you switch it off. So when you switch on again
you have lost all your ringtones and profiles. I have just got around
this by leaving the phone on 24/7 until the firmware is released. You
will not be disappointed with this phone if you are a basic user.

hey got this phone a while ago now i i have to say thats it pretty good
, very east oporating system. my only little niggle is that the camera
is not so geat. a bit bluury at times and the quailty is not very good.

Battery is poor. Looks good, there were a few s/w probs in mine.. it's
exactly the same as 3600. flash architecture is not good, it's located
sooo closely to the lens that u get a glare when u take a pic in the
dark. Hence flash is absolutely useless!!!. Overall we can give 6 on

I couldn't wait to purchase the 7610 Supernova. It looked superb and
offered the features I required. I purchased mine 2 weeks ago, as soon
as it was available. However, I am disappointed in the 'feel' of the
phone. It feels light and plasticky. My previous mobile was the Nokia
6300 - now this phone felt like quality! Sadly the 7610 Supernova cannot
compare. Even the ring tones sound tinny. That said, I only use my phone
to text and make calls, so can't comment on the other benefits this
phone provides. But if you're looking for a phone with quality build,
don't bother.
