Motorola KRZR K3 Review
For reasons best known to themselves, Motorola decided not to release
this phone in the UK, and so we will not be reviewing it.

This phone is good but it fooled me with the shiny appealing apearance.
In reality the phone is great but is not very easy to use and although
it has web access it is quite slow and confusing! Really expensive for
what it is with its tiny screen and rubbish graphics!........... in
my opinion you would be better going for something cheaper and easier
to use !!!!!!

The Motorola Krzr is the biggest pile of junk phone I have ever experienced.
The screen is so small you cant see anything, the keypad is a joke and
is made for a 10 year old chinese girl with q tip fingers. Its slow,
and the overall layout of the apps is a nightmare of a joke. I give
it .01 out of five stars. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!

For those of you who have a KRZR phone and love it... Al I have to say
is wait a few months. I have had the misfortune of owning a Motorola
phone for over a year and I have to say that it is BY FAR the most glitchy
piece of technology I have ever had. Expect poor battery performance,
frequent trips to the store to fix lock-ups, and "ghost in the machine"
problems too numerous to mention. Do yourself a favor and smash it with
a hammer...and replace it with an LG.

This is the worst piece of equipment I've ever owned. Not even a year
old and I'm on my 4th one. Verizon keeps switching it out bc it keeps
locking up and crashing. Ugh! It's pretty. That's the only good thing
I can say about it.

I have been having this phone for about two months. Fingerprints are
everywhere once anybody touches it. The flap shakes, like its goin to
fall of if you're not careful. Very disappointed with it, though the
camera is not too bad. Not really an IDEAL phone.

This phone is a waste of money... I bought it for just over £150...thinking
it was worth the money (having had no experience with motorola phones
in the past. However, it was very easily scracted and is a magnet for
fingerprints and very annoying to use beacuse its features are so jumbled
up. Here, yet again, motorola have gone for style rather than faetures
and whether or not the item actaully WORKS WELL as a phone!!! However
it does look okish in syle so im going 2 award it 2 stars for its looks.
Complete waste of time and money DONT BUY IT!!!

This phone sucks. I got it for christmas this year. It worked alright
for about a month and a half- texting was a bit slow & annoying to use,
froze a few times, love the camera though. But just yesterday i wasnt
able to send or recieve texts messages anymore and the phone would randomly
shut off on its own. This morning i found it shut off and is now unable
to turn back on. I'm hoping to take it back and get a different phone
because i would never want this phone again. It is unreliable and useless.
I am very disappointed with its quality. And like most of you have said,
it gets dirty easily with finger prints and such and looks disgusting.

I'm quite content with this phone after using it for 2 weeks. Fingerprint
smudges notwithstanding, the shell is a bit loose as another user pointed
out, but the same goes for previous clam-shell's from Moto. The vibra-alert
should have been tad stronger too, but heck this is a phone not a dildo.
The only glaring drawback is that if you want delivery reports for messages,
you must activate this from the options tab EVERYTIME you create a new
MMS / SMS. Moto would have done better to have that on a generic always-on
setting option. This is a good phone, but not the best in its segment
and I can think of at least 2-3 other models from Sony Ericsson and
Samsung in the same price range that exceed in terms of features. As
a fashion item, this is certainly a range topper in the segment.

I have brand new k3 for just 3 days and so far it's ok. Display is very
sharp and colours are crisp. Buttons are good under fingers and it's
easy to operate the keyboard. Vibration is little bit gentle so it's
easy to miss a call or message. Cover is little bit loose and can be
moved about a half a millimeter from side to side but it seems that
it will hold for long period. Speakerphone is almost useless. The browser
button is too close to “down” arrow and almost always you
miss the arrow and press browser button. Shiny finish is beautiful but
you should forget it the minute you take the phone in your hands because
instantly it becomes full of smudges and fingerprints. The same goes
for inner (main) display. The phone itself is about one third narrower
than razr models and feels little bit clumsy if you have stronger hands.
Somehow the phone gets lost in your hand and suddenly you have a problem
to open it. The phone operates flawless in several networks and I have
experienced no problems whatsoever. Moreover, it operates well in places
with poor reception, such as basements, tunnels and elevators. It doesn’t
play amr files and that can be one negative point. The support of e-mail
client, mms, gprs and 3g goes without difficulties. The rest is typically
motorola style. Applications are more or less standard for moto and
it is obvious that k3 is not top model but it definitely is worth the
money (130eur with 256mb micro SD card). There are better models both
at motorola and other manufacturers but you can have a lot of fun with
this “confection” model. All of this is after just 3 days
from purchasing and maybe there will be something more to say about
software and usage of other applications, making pictures, movies and
working with other services that k3 supports, but so fare that is standard,
good-for-the-money, middle range motorola. At least, it looks very,
very nice and I like it so far :)
