Just got off the phone. These people are a joke. The t.v. had a fault and we got a date for pick up. No replacement for us. I read the documents which inform you that a replacement will be given, even down to the size of the replacement. No replacement in fact we are in a queue no. 110 if you can believe that. Phoned again, no joy. We could have bought a home entertainment system for the amount of money we have given them. Whatever anyone does do yourself a favour AND DON'T TAKE ANY OF THEIR POLICIES BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE PAPER THEY ARE WRITTEN ON. The only reason I've given them a 1 star rating is that that's the lowest available and poor doesn't begin to cover it!!!

Had nothing but trouble with our policies. Taking double payments on card payments and then when transferred payments to a DD they kept saying that we hadn't paid a policy. There were two running on one item. Tried resolving that then when our bank left bank of Scotland they refused DD as it had become an independent bank. We tried to ask for a letter of deadlock and was refused one so this will look worse when we take this to the financial ombudsmen. This has been going on 5 months now! Will never buy insurance with these con artists again. They are a joke.

1st class service by the Claims team. Purchased a policy for my Ipad, then 2 months later had an accident, dropped the ipad, cracked the screen. Called Knowhow phone line, administered by TWG Insurance, no problems with the service. I explained the issue, then a new Ipad was delivered to me within 2 days. Excellent service. Not sure what Dave B is talking about with the his review, more than likely he's quoted on the wrong company.

Don't buy any of these policies. They are a scam and when you try to claim against them they refuse to honour the agreement only to make out you the customer are a liar and that the product has been misused or neglected and therefore your not covered.

Put a small amount away each month in a jar and use that for any repairs, trust me it's not worth the hassle of dealing with these idiots, they just make your blood boil.
