Totally useless company they promised me a smart meter and a installer from Western Power will repair my old one. Nothing come of it,they are all talk . They don’t even reply to complaints. Don’t even bother with them.

Not impressed with EDF. Nothing special and got a much better deal elsewhere. When I signed up, they agreed to a sensible DD based on historical use. Then over night a computer just doubled it without asking me. My estimate proved spot on.

Not impressed so I moved to BULB...great service and great prices that saves me £200 a year on what EDF were charging. And 100% renewable as well!!!!!

If you want the same, use the link below and they will put £50 in your account once you are connected

I luckily got in before their two recent price rises! I fixed for one year on EDF blue November 2017 - this was the cheapest dual fuel available from a well established supplier with good customer service reviews. I have found them very easy to deal with, answering phones @ emails very promptly &efficiently. Recommended.

I was with EDF for a year. Nothing wrong with them, but I found a much cheaper deal by shopping around.
