Why pay BT loads of cash for less service when you can switch and get unlimited broadband and landline calls (from £5 that include mobile calls) and good customer service. BT are so passed it and it's time to move on folks!

I have been with BT over 3 years but in the last year I have had to call them out a number of times. Each time taking time off work as they insist the engineer needs access to the house. Each time the fault was caused by a separate engineer who had made a mistake in the distribution box up the road. I am now sick of losing money from time of work. DO NOT complain as you be put through to Bollywood Telecom and you cannot get your point across. I am now looking for another provider.
